Teaching Artist/Educator
I have continued to work as an educator with different organizations, galleries, institutes and schools in India and United States. Over the years I have gained experience teaching design elements, portfolio development at design school; knitwear design, textiles patterns and processes at textile schools including NIFT, India and MICA, United States; and art education as means of self-expression to elementary and middle school students. I also conduct textile workshops and private art lessons for all age groups. Also have been an active parent volunteer at elementary school providing art lessons and PTA run art programs.
